When I checked in the manager showed me a preauthorized charge for the room on my card as $100. the receipt for the room he showed me was $87. He knew we had a pet. The next morning when we checked out he said the charge was $98 because we had a pet. I did not like this. I also did not like the cleaning staff having breakfast with the guests.

We really enjoyed the facilities offered by this beautifully kept and excellent value hotel. Everything was fine and the staff was hospitable. The peaceful location was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Henderson Lake Golf Club.
Their staff were absolutely rude.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Staff was friendly
First going into the office, the counter was way too high and could barely see the fellow behind it I asked for extra blankets because I was chilly and got one with a cigarette burn The ones in the drawer were smelly The air conditioner was way too noisy The bathtub was dirty, I was able to get some stuff off the bottom and the corner which is how I knew it was dirty. The night stand had an empty pack of cigarettes so the room is not checked when cleaned I felt like the room was not clean I have stayed at the hotel across the street before and even though it's a low rated, it was cleaner and quieter and cheaper Would be hesitant to stay there again and wouldn't recommend it. The rooms are very dated and dark and not clean smelling
